I DON'T USE CREDIT CARDS, HOW ELSE CAN I ORDER?

FuzzyFriend.Com also accepts mail orders. Go to our website and click on the mail order button. Print out the page and fill out all required information and mail it to:

with a check or money order. Please be advised, however, that we do not ship our products until checks/money orders are received and processed.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

We only ship within the United States at this time.

Certainly. Contact us and we will help you with your special order.

Can I use my own Digital Photo, Artwork or Logo?

Sure! You can email us your photo or artwork to and we will create your custom bear with your photo, artwork or logo.

What size shirt should I order? Our T-Shirts and Hoodies are printed on American Apparel, which are cut to be a bit more fitted than your standard t-shirt. They are also 100% cotton so you can expect them to shrink a bit.

________________________________________ I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt. If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at support@fuzzyfriend.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.

________________________________________ How do I exchange a shirt I purchased? Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the packing slip you can email us at support@fuzzyfriend.com and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt.

________________________________________ I have a great idea for a shirt! Do you want to buy it? If you have a good shirt idea, send it to support@fuzzyfriend.com, and if we want to make it we will pay you $100 and give you a free t-shirt of your choice. The more ideas you send in, the better chance that one of yours will be selected. Feel free to include multiple ideas in one email.

________________________________________ How can I make a change to my order? If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at support@fuzzyfriend.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

________________________________________ Do your shirts ever go on backorder? We keep all our other shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within a week. Often our new shirt for the week is not yet in stock, hence the discount for pre-ordering it. This is always noted in the description. If you order a design that is up for pre-order, expect it to be delayed 1 – 2 weeks. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the shirts are in stock.

Are you looking for new models? We are always on the lookout for new models. If you are interested, please send a variety of pictures of yourself to us at sdazza@fuzzyfriend.com. Include the city you are located in, and any other info you think we will find helpful. The more pictures that you include, the better. And please include some where you are having fun! They do not need to be professional shots. In fact, we prefer at least some are pictures of you hanging out, goofing off, smiling, and having fun.
